FIBROMYALGIA

Fibromyalgia is considered by Western medicine to be a type of autoimmune condition characterized by chronic, widespread pain with no recognizable cause. In addition, it can be accompanied by fatigue, mental fog, poor memory and concentration, poor digestion, and other decreases in metabolic output.

Because it is still not a well understood disease, current Allopathic care and pharmaceutical options often lack efficacy. Acupuncture has been shown in many clinical studies to be beneficial for the management of Fibromyalgia symptoms. In addition, an anti-inflammatory diet, exercise, proper spinal alignment from Chiropractic care, and frequent bodywork can all help to control chronic pain and allow you to go back to normal daily activities.
